Original from the first line
Every illustrated collection begins as a new drawing made for Weave. Plain designs let colour and form speak quietly.
Our story
Born in Singapore
Weave began with a need to innovate. We wanted to rethink an everyday object and ask how it could carry imagination, usefulness and material care all at once.

Where it started
Mini bags are everywhere, yet many feel interchangeable. We saw the same shapes, the same borrowed symbols and the same rush to make more.
So we returned to the drawing table. We studied how people move through Singapore, from a morning kopi to a sudden shower, an evening walk and the last train home. The first sketches were built around what matters: a comfortable strap, a secure opening, enough room for the essentials and a shape that feels light.
Then we made room for joy. Orchids, otters, rain, neighbourhood colour and quiet city moments became starting points for original artwork. Each idea is drawn for Weave and refined until it feels familiar without feeling copied.

A better material direction
Sustainability is not a decorative label. It is a series of decisions that must be made honestly, from fibre and trim to packaging and production volume.
We are developing fabrics that make better use of recycled fibres, testing trims for durability and reducing unnecessary packaging. Material details will be shared clearly as every product is confirmed.
Preorder interest helps us understand real demand before production begins. That means a more measured first run and less pressure to create stock without a home.
Our working principles
Every illustrated collection begins as a new drawing made for Weave. Plain designs let colour and form speak quietly.
We look for useful recycled content, durable construction and packaging that avoids excess.
We use early interest to plan carefully, improve the samples and avoid making more than the collection needs.
Still at the beginning
This first collection is a preview. It is not available for purchase yet. We are using this time to listen, test and make the details worthy of the ideas.
